Alessandro Cecchini
YAC - Young Architects Competitions
Alessandro graduated with honors in Civil Engineering/Architecture from the University of Bologna. He is the co-founder and current president of YAC. Throughout his career, he has worked with numerous public and private entities in organizing architecture competitions and courses, collaborating with 15 Pritzker Prize laureates - the "Nobel" of architecture. Among his most significant experiences are those conducted with Musei Ferrari, Fondazione Prada, Agenzia del Demanio, Automobili Lamborghini, National Geographic, Italian Embassy in Cairo, and IOM (International Organization for Migration) of the United Nations. Since 2018, he has been the director of YACademy. Alessandro is currently a member of the scientific committee of "Inoltre," the Unipol Group's project for the redevelopment of Milan's suburbs, and he co-founded the Tresoldi Academy with Edoardo Tresoldi.
